Privacy Policy

Café Parisi, operated by RK Parisi Enterprises, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use cafeparisi.com or order from us, and what we do with it. We keep it to the minimum we need to make your order.

1. What we collect

• Order details: your first name, mobile number, pickup or curbside choice, car description (curbside only), any notes, the items ordered, pickup time, totals, fee and tip.
• Payment status: if you pay online, PayPal tells us whether the payment succeeded, with a PayPal transaction reference. We do not receive or store your card number or bank details.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting providers may log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
• We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t sell your information.

2. How we use it

• To prepare your order, call out your name, find you at the curb, and contact you by text or phone about that order.
• To take payment, handle refunds, prevent fraud, and keep business and tax records.
• To understand sales and stock (for example, which drinks sell best), using order records.
• We won’t send you marketing messages unless you separately ask to receive them.
• If you give us an email address with an order, we use it to send that order’s confirmation and ready notice.
• If you create an account, we keep your email, name, mobile number and order history so you can sign in with an emailed code and order faster. To delete your account, email Sales@poshhaus.com.
• For RK Parisi team members with an allowance, we also keep a record of their balance and purchases.
• If you join our email list, we keep your email address to send you Café Parisi news and specials. To leave the list, email Sales@poshhaus.com and we’ll remove it.

3. Who we share it with

• PayPal, if you choose Pay now, to process your payment under PayPal’s privacy statement.
• Our service providers, who host our website and order system and deliver order notifications to our team, only as needed to provide those services.
• The PoshHaus / RK Parisi team who run the café and handle orders.
• Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our customers, staff or business.

4. What’s stored on your device

To make re-ordering quick, the site saves your cart, your last order, and the name and number you entered, in your own browser’s local storage. This stays on your device. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. We don’t use cookies for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for business, accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what order information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it (for example, for tax records). Email Sales@poshhaus.com with the name and number you used, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

Our site and order system use encrypted connections (HTTPS), payments are handled by PayPal, and access to order data is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
